Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and packaging. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Signature Requirement
For the security of your purchase, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
If delivery is missed, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or retrieve the package from a local facility.
Insurance & Delivery
All orders are fully insured during transit. For this reason, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes — a physical address is required for all deliveries.
