Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Due to the unique nature of vintage and antique pieces, customized, altered, resized, or worn items are not eligible for return.
Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at salesaskaartisans@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved:
- You will receive a prepaid return shipping label
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund
- You’ll receive instructions for securely packaging and shipping the item back
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
