Vintage 1980s 18K Gold Amethyst Cabochon & Diamond Clip Earrings — Mother of Pearl
Three materials, one conversation piece. Each earring frames an 11.5mm cushion-cut amethyst cabochon — deep, saturated violet — within a smooth, curved mother of pearl surround that acts as a natural white halo, the cool contrast of the MOP making the purple appear even richer. Eight round brilliant diamonds punctuate the gold setting, adding brightness without competing with the stones.
The result is a color story: purple, white, gold — bold enough to command attention, refined enough to wear with anything.
